Anavar,clen, T-3 Together?

I am trying to get rid of Some tummy fat and gain some muscle. I don't want to gain a lot of weight.
I want to be a slender muscular vs Thick muscular, if that makes any sense.
I was told to do all three of those together.
I am sure after doing research that I want to.
But how long with eating right and daily workout will I see results?
And What dosage would you suggest?
Please help.
Thanks so much!
=)

It depends on your diet and workout schedule. Are you on a strict ketogenic diet? Do you do cardio everyday in addition to weights? If you answer yes to the 2 questions, I would say results will definitely be noticed by the 3rd week.

Be careful with the T3, it often has terrible rebound. Water gain, bloating (you can actually feel water under your skin) and fat gain. Some have great experience with it while others wish they had never heard of the stuff. Hormones may go crazy as well (as with any hormone varying drug). If you chose to do it ramp up and then back down. I would start with Anavar and T3 and then as you ramp off the T3 kick in the Clen and some additional cardio. If your diet and training is honed in you should be losing fat and gaining muscle without the supplements. They should soley be for that extra edge. If you are trying to create a sustainable change I would leave the T3 alone. If you are preparing for an event and don't mind some rebound - add it in.

I will also add that many times Anavar cause weight gain - as it is designed to do. I have seen so many women using it as they are losing weight and come out with the opposite. I prefer to get down to a fairly low body fat percentage with diet and training and add supplements at the end to add some extra definition. Supplements work best if they are used as the final touch to a program you are doing.

The ladies of the forum would be glad to help you with diet if you'll post up your current nutrition and maybe note some things that have worked for you in the past. It would also be helpful to know your stats - you will get more customized advice!

I am not an expert at all of this.
My uncle was Mr. Arizona in 86 and has been encouraging me to get into all of this.
I Eat two meals a day and run on the treadmill for 20 min a day.
My arms are already really muscular from all of the sports ive played.
I am seriously condsidering cracking down and getting serious!
I really hate eating.
When I do eat I eat spinach, chicken and brown rice.
I just have some tummy fat that I cant kick.
this may sound dumb but what are stats??

If it's just tummy fat, try a topical cream? I don't think var will help too much for tummy fat. It might even make you hold some water in the tummy area.

Stats are height weight and body fat. If you only eating two meals a day a cycle of anything will yeild pretty much no results. You need to be eating at least 5 times a day. You shouldn't even consider running a cycle until you have had your diet and training in check for at least 2 years IMO your cheating yourself by not reaching your natural potentail first.

In my experience topicals only help when you are already very low in body fat like sub 12% then I would say you can see a diffrence tell then an oral fat burn will give better results.
