anavar and women

I have several questions about anavar.

I am a 24 year old woman,5'2 and 140 pounds. Thirty something percent body fat. I work out 5x a week and am recently fixing my diet and making an effort to eat clean.

I don't want anyone telling me not to take them, I have already bought them and plan to start them today.

Now. The person who sold them to me told me to take 50mg a day. Any research I did said 10-20 mg a day, taken twice a day, half at a time. I want to do them only once, would that be ok? They are 25mg pills.

how does anavar mix with bipolar disorder? I am type 2, have never gone manic. I take sertraline, wellbutrin, abilify and lamotrigine. I am regular with my medication and have it well under control. I have heard anavar makes you happy if you are bipolar and I am curious if that is true.

I realize it is not a magic weight loss pill. I know I will have to work hard. But can I expect speedier results and some strength increase?

What are some good foods to eat to encourage my weight loss?

Thanks so much for any advice.

Consult your physician before buying AAS absent pertinent knowledge...

Anyone who would reccomend any kind of AAS cycle when you are 30%bf is incredibly irrisponsible. It took a long time to build up that extra weight, so you should come up with a long term plan of strict diet and exercise. Save the gear for when you get down around 10%.

Yeah but she said she doesn't want to be told that because she's going to start them anyways, because the guy in the alley with an incessant amount of aas knowledge said it's ok, because jesus

Anavar is NOT A WEIGHT LOSS DRUG!!! You will GAIN weight on it!!!
But since you don't want anyone telling you not to take it, be my guest. And while you're at it why not take the 50mgs?
Sounds like you did a lot of research

50mg daily is too much for most females. I work with ladies who do great on 5-10mg daily.

I should correct myself. I realize anavar is not a magic weight loss pill, as I said in my post. I know I will gain weight. But will that weight gain be muscle? Because I am working on the fat loss on my own. I know for a fact that anavar is a fat burner and lean muscle gainer, my research told me that.
I have in fact done a lot of research for several months, and half my questions were answered but I wanted to ask more people who know a bit more than I do. The 'back street alley guy' is in fact a man who lost 300 pounds of fat with a strict diet, working out, and gear. I would assume he suggested a dose similar to what a man would use, as I read 10-20 mg is sufficient for a woman. I would like some advice, not asshole comments by guys who think they know everything. Thanks.

OP is female, she doesn't need to be around 10%, I'd say more like 16-18%. Definitely lower than 30%.

Remember it's all about calories in versus calories out and the type of training you are doing.

When focusing on fat loss through resistance training and aas I wouldn't worry about weight gain so much as how your clothes fit. There will be fluctuations in weight due to many other factors, water retention, dehydration, what you ate that day etc.

A better measure is actual measurements of some key points on your body: your upper arms, your waist, chest, your thighs etc. when utilizing resistance based training, (I'm assuming) a calorie restricted diet, aas and other supplements actual measurements will help you see progress far more efficiently than a scale.

Don't dose it at 50 mg, 5 - 15 mg ED is what I usually see females do.

Best of luck to you in your fitness journey, it all works if you work hard.

Pretty sure by the title of the thread and the OP, this is a female asking questions. Reading comprehension can go a long way and save you time.
