hmmmm, gonna have this when I get home from work..sounds good :-)

it is to die for. the avocado makes it so you use very little mayo. i am going to the store to buy more tuna and more avocado... RIGHT NOW

I store them whole until ripe enough, then store, mashed in a tupperware-type container with plastic wrap pressed down right on top of the avocado to prevent it from turning brown......

Well there's nothing wrong with it if it's brown - but it doesn't look nice......Avocado turns brown due to a reaction with oxygen....some people find drizzling lemon juice over it helps in addtion to the plastic wrap - just press it down completely over top of the mashed 'cado.....

hmm alittle more mayo and some red onions and you can spread it on the untoasted add alitte cheddar or swiss on top and broil it for a nice tuna, avo and cheese melt

side chatter: hi jens :jenscat :wavey:

I always heard 'cado is high in fat
it is but the fats are more beneficial than most
hi in omegas
think vegetarian salmon with fiber and lots of vitamin e
think of it as a sinful indulgence that will in the end benefit you

I have to try this recipe...Im digging the ingredients, especially the addition of the squeeze of lime with the avacado.
