How can I get into something like this? I live in ohio and weigh at 220... what r guys lifting at my weight class? I think itd be really fun to do a strongman competition.

This is the governing body for North American strongman. You can look for upcoming contests and check on records etc. Best place to start if you are serious about competing.

I agree with checking the NAS page, but you may want to do some searches to locate other Strongman types of events in your area.
