Am I working out right?

Hello, guys

I'm a beginner at weight lifting/bodybuilding, working out every day for 1-2 hours tops. I'm a female weighing around 186lbs(naturally husky and/or big boned), 5'3 1/2 in height and have never taken steriods but have tried Creatine from a local pharmacy which I didn't believe worked. You see, I'm skeptical on supplements, which is why I need help. Also, what should my diet consist of? I work out at home, I have a Golds gym XRS 30. Should I be lifting every day?

Hi There, Yes You should be dividing your Bodyparts up for full basic training.

Mon Chest , and Tri ,Shoulder Day

Tues Rows, lats pull down, biceps

Wed Squats leg presses, Abs

Thurs Leg curls, Extensitions, and calves

This is called the push/pull method.

Also this will give you more ideas.......Exercise & Muscle Directory

^^good info given by one of our vets...only thing I'd question is the extensions. Made my knees hurt just reading the name lol
