Hello, guys
I'm a beginner at weight lifting/bodybuilding, working out every day for 1-2 hours tops. I'm a female weighing around 186lbs(naturally husky and/or big boned), 5'3 1/2 in height and have never taken steriods but have tried Creatine from a local pharmacy which I didn't believe worked. You see, I'm skeptical on supplements, which is why I need help. Also, what should my diet consist of? I work out at home, I have a Golds gym XRS 30. Should I be lifting every day?
