am I ready for gear?

am I ready for gear?(pics)

I Never did a cycle before I was planning on test-ethenate 500 mg

I was wondering if you guys think my bodyfat is low enough?
im 20 years old 5'7 175-180 pounds goes back and forth lol im a short italian

started when I was 15-16 years old.

I only take 200 grams protien a day and I eat pretty clean mostly chicken and oatmeal and shakes etc and I use creatine and glutamine. I been using redline for a fat burner sometimes. I just feel like I hit a platoe so I thought I would ask to see what people think I should do ?

Looks good bro. Most here would say to wait another year or two, you still have plenty of natural test in ya to do thie trick. Me personally, i started at age 20 and have no regrets...

with that being said, i'd say a good base test cycle and you would see some stellar results.
 
hehe ya I know I really want to but I just am not sure if it was a good idea yet cuz I dono how my bodyfat has to be for test cuz of water retention
 
I would say you are in the single digits and good to go. I am by no means a guru or even the understanding I would like to have of juice but if you took the test cycle and kept eating like you do you would blow the fuck up. I wish I would have started using when i was your age. if you feel ready to go the go and good luck. keep us posted with some pics.

thx dude I really enjoy lifting im very dedicated. I honestly feel a bit jumpy to the idea I mean I really wana go through with it thought I am trying to find an experienced trainer to help me a bit with it I met a girl who competes at my gym she looks jacked lol to. I am going to try to get some personal training in with her. I serously watch pumping iron every day before I go to the gym like its so motivating. I wish I was born around those times to have been there.

I just watched roni colmons new video its kinda cool but not nearly as motivating as pumping iron :)

just be careful not to go overboard. try test and see how ya do. if it works then maybe later on in life or the after 3-4 cycles of test add something mild. ask around the bros on here well most of them are good and like to help and give good solid advice. this board is golden when it comes to info.
 
im also looking for a good natural test boosting product to just kinda help aid my body in making test. i was thinking tribulas?

to be honest I kinda go by instinct. Pretty much how my body feals and wat parts seem to be more recovered from last workout. (with my lifts)

like monday il do my biceps
tues: il do my chest and along with my calfs
wed: I do my squats and leg presses and mostly all legs
thursday: I do my back/sholders/abs/Lats (note : I do abs every other day but I focus on upper or lower only when I do them more recovery time.)

Friday: I take off or if i go its mainly just for cardio depends how my body looks.

saturday: I do back/sholders/abs/triceps/cardio
sun :off

this is like my ideal workout but I always change it never 100% same prob left out a bit of detail still but best I can do lol

as for reps

Normally i start out light weight for any body part do about 6-12 reps 2x to warm up the muscle
then I just keep stacking weight on and do as many reps as i can till fail. Once I cant do anymore then 3 reps I normally just go to the next type of exercise. Might not be best way to do it but it works for me and I got gains this way everyone different tho :)
