how much should I cut calories when doing cardio?
I am currently 210' 11-13%bf and I want to get down to 7-9%. I do cardio for 1 hour a day every other day and I lift weights on the off days. I eat abou 2400 calories/day.
My main question is, am I eating enough calories, considering that I am doing cardio, too? I am worried that I will continue to lose weight, but that my body fat composition won't change b/c most of the weight will be muscle.
