B Benzi New member Jul 27, 2001 #1 YO, i have recently ordered humatropin REM beln by eclipse. When i take it i wake up after 6 hours of sleeping ( i usually sleep about 9) and feel fully rested. Is my body getting the rest it needs? Aslo, is this a good alternative to ZMA?
