You can do reverse hypers with out an actual reverse hyper machine... All you need is a power rack and a board to go across the safety pins and flex bands for resistence.. I use a 15" wide 1" think plywood board and put it across the pins about waist high.. I attach my "light" band to the bottom front of the rack and hook my feet through it... It works pretty well, not as good as a true reverse hyper I'm sure, but probably better than any other alternative.... Hope this helps...
