Already Lean, Fat Loss Q

I am already relatively low in body fat (about 8%) and I eat high protein, not too many carbs (especially past the afternoon). I run twice a week, but I sometimes limit my cardio just because I am naturally lean and looking to maintain my muscle. Anyways, the majority of the body fat I have is in my ab area. (same with most people, but still..)

What are your thoughts on Ephedra or an ECA stack or anything else to help me to get rid of that layer? I know that supplements work well with helping to reduce high levels of body fat..but what about going from 8% down? Does a fat-burning supplement limit my muscle growth like cardio? Thanks in advance for any advice.

:xeye:

I have the same problem as you my friend
recently though i've been takine ECA with Yomhimbine and doing cardio 4 times a week.
I've been doing more HIIT as opposed to muscle burning runs of 30+ minutes. My legs are actually looking more defined
as for my abs well it's getting there very slowly
I had a cheat day on saturday and went a bit crazy on the carbs and really regret it and can feel like all my efforts gone down the tube though :(

So yeah i'd try an ECA stack and do more HIIT

Theoretically - E/C ought to preserve lean muscle mass...

I would go with N/Y/C to target the sub-C fat on the lower abdomen....

At this stage of the game (e.g., you are already quite lean from diet and exercise...) either stack ought to help you go a bit further.

That should be just fine.

If you want you could run two weeks E/C and swith it up with two weeks on N/Y/C....

I know people who've gone that extra bit farther (e.g., bringing out the lower abs) using this method (especially after running E/C exclusively).

Thanks for the replies. As soon as I get started and see some results, I'll post whats working.

Do NYC verses ECA stacks give different results?

Not necessarily - but they reach those results through different routes...

Norephedrine doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier as easily as ephedrine which is why you won't feel as jittery (or "wired") on N/Y/C.....I have also found it to be a much better appetite suppressant than ephedrine....

As for yohimbine - it's good at blocking the alpha sub 2 receptors (making fat mobilization much more efficient)....women tend to have alot of these receptors in their legs and hips, etc.,
