- 5x25 - Donkey calf raises with a 200 pound dude on my back.
- 5x10 - Seated calf raises...
- Sore as balls.
- Could barely walk.
- Limped back to vehicle. (stick shift)
- Burning calf wouldn't allow smooth acceleration, clutch work or braking.
- Braked wayyyy too hard on freeway and almost got hit by a SUV from behind.
- Phew.
- Proud of workout.
