Almost crashed my car after a calf workout...

- 5x25 - Donkey calf raises with a 200 pound dude on my back.

- 5x10 - Seated calf raises...

- Sore as balls.

- Could barely walk.

- Limped back to vehicle. (stick shift)

- Burning calf wouldn't allow smooth acceleration, clutch work or braking.

- Braked wayyyy too hard on freeway and almost got hit by a SUV from behind.

- Phew.

- Proud of workout.

I've been doing the brutal 4 minutes of straight calf raises routine.............my god is it great. So much pain, and I've already seen results. My calves have grown about a half an inch and they are one of my pain in the ass muscles to train. I know do it 3 times a week and my wife has to drive on those days as I have a stick and most likely couldn't handle the pain after lol.
 
What you did on the highway is what the freaks here do all the time every day in south fl. lol

I've had trouble pushing in my clutch when I do calves. By foot will shake like hell.
