So the label on the container says each scoop is 28.4g and has 24g of protein (the isolate).

But then I actually weight it and it is actually 40g. What gives?

No, I set the scale to zero with the scooper on it. I'm not the smartest guy but I'm not that stupid.

didn't mean for it to sound like that. it is jsut something that i would probly do not fully thinking about it, thats all.

i just picked up a newtub of protein, i'll weigh it up and post results in alittle bit.

is there a line scribed on the inside of the scoop?

otherwise i have no idea

each scoop weighs prob 40 grams
28.5 grams of protien,carbs,fat
the other 12.5 grams is fiber, guar gum, additives, vitamins, minerals ,flavor and even moisture.
read the contents see what it says.

I know what you mean about " weight " vs " protien " does not seem logical at times but when you factor in the stuff they add in (read your label) it will make more sense.

Chazk - that doesn't make sense.

It says the SCOOP weighs 28.4g. That is the serving size. That is how you know how much to use if you don't have a scoop. This is regardless of the grams of "protein", fat, and carbs.

I am writing them an email.

does seem alittle strange. just weighted my protein up. it's suppose to be around 39 grams per scoop....ended up weighting 42grams per scoop.....close enough for me.

Yeah Protein Companies do that.

My Scoop is meant to be 30gs,with 26 grams of protein. PEr Serve.

Its actually about 50grams lol.

Its that or my brand new scales are wrong.
