How can I use Ostarine or other SARMS for recomp?
What kind of diet should I use?
And how long she I stop using them between two consecutive cycles?

you can run an 8 week cycle then a 3 week mini pct.... then you take one more week off and you can start sarms again...

your diet will depend on your goals... sarms are meant for leaning out and still gaining lean muscle...

So, ive been getting a daily inbox full of SARMS questions, so I thought it would be helpful to post this thread and give everyone as much help and advice as possible... I just want to help out everyone as much as possible and give the best advice I possibly can... So ask away!!

On my next cycle which is my 4th I will be using dbol, test e and tren e.

I have always used nolvadex on cycle but I have heard good things about forma. Should I use forma or nolvadex on cycle and pct and Why? It says only use for 10 weeks, can i use for longer?

I am also concerned about hairloss on tren, how much finasteride should I use? Any other alternative? Yes there is mpd in my family.

not to be a dick, but for you to even ask that type of question means you are either a troll or you have no business running any sort of cycle period... forever?? come on man...

Anyway getting on to the point. Im at the start of week 4 of the above cycle but I wanted to start purchasing some items already because I intend on doing a sarms triple stack to lean the f**k out and drop as much bf as possible (there is alot! lol). I heard your the KING of cutting and bro, im the total opposite! lol...i need ur help to get ripped!

Since im following ur log on sarms I adopted the following:

1-8 ostarine 25mg day dosed once in the a.m.
1-8 s4 50 mg day... split dosed... 25 mg a.m. and 25mg six hours later
1-8 gw 501516 20 mg day.. split dosed... 10 mg a.m. and 10 mg twelve hours later
1-8 forma stanzol
1-8 HCGenerate
1-11 need2slin
1-11 creatine nitrate

mini PCT
9-11 Unleashed/post cycle combo
9-11 bridge (double dosed)


I have just a few questions regarding the above:

1. Is it ok that I bump my GW to 20mg cause I really wana drop massive amounts of bf? Adding some lean muscle would be a total bonus if im still dropping crazy bf! Hows the rest of the cycle?

2. I want to start this STRAIGHT after my current beast cycles PCT is over(literally a day after). Will that be too soon? Because amongst other things, that would mean I would be on HCGenerate for over 4 months by the end of the sarms cycle! would that have any bad sides for being on that product for so long?

3. Im currently on a 40/40/20 split but what kinda split should I be on for the Sarms stack? Suppose I weigh 198-205 pounds by the end of Beast, how many calories should I lower to? Remember I want to drop bf super fast and as much as I can! My other stats to help u are 180cm and 25 years old.

4. What kind of workout plan should I be on? Currently for beast I am on a 5 day body split (one body part per week)? Push, pull, legs? 3 day split with 3 days cardio?

5. Depending on whether the above cycle is fine or not, or what u think I should change up, how many bottles of each will I need taking into account GW is 20mg a day?

6. Realistically, given ur answers to the above questions, and me doing strictly what u say (clean diet, workout plan, cardio and supps) how much weight do u think I can lose? Also how much lean muscle can I possibly put on? (main thing is to drop bf crazy....adding muscle will only be a bonus)...

20 mg is optimal fat loss so run it at 20... that is completely fine...

take 4 weeks off hcgenerate after you do 8 in a row... run daa in its place until the 4 weeks are up...

40/40/20 is not going to work for cutting... protein 65-70 carbs 20-25 fat 10-15

you need to incorporate more cardio to help with cutting... higher reps, lower weight is more aimed at tone as and muscular endurance which help with cutting...

@mission, I've been doing a 47/43/10 P/C/F split but not exactly a standard one. Im doing intermittent fasting, fasting 18 hours and eating all my meals in 6, I have about 70% of my carbs post workout with 3 N2slin's because of muscle and insulin sensitivity they will be utilized, then I taper the carbs and my last meal has almost none. Low fat is key because it doesn't help much at all during a cut, just get the bare minimum. I up the fats and lower the carbs on rest days (only rest once a week I train 6 days a week), so sort of a carb cycle.

I tried the low carb thing, but the few negatives I noticed was decreased energy, msucles looked flat because of glycogen depletion, no glycogen means lower strength, also the most important thing is low cal/low carb means lower leptin levels! Leptin controls weight loss especially when you get lean, but since you're a high bf% you dont have to worry about this until you get to maybe 12%bf. (Leptin is secreted by fat cells, so being a higher bf% you likely have quite a bit of leptin floating around)

So the method im using is working, for me, but everyone is different. My advice is since you have a lot of body fat to lose, follow Dylan's diet, but if you're really struggling with low carb and it's affecting your performance in the gyma nd overall daily living, you can still do a 40/40/20 split, because at the end of the day the most important thing is expending more calories than you're taking in.

Okay ... so I've been scratching my head ... not being nearly as familiar with this stuff as with AAS ... lol!

CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipam.

Pin Mo-Fri, 3XDay @ 100mcg ea/pin
Weekends off to prevent desensitization.
Running it - Indefinitely ... on cycle, off cycle, mid cycle, pct ... every week for as long as my wallet can manage it.

I have come to understand the following:

CJC-1295 no DAC releases HGH by stimulating the glands on a pulse-effect as opposed to the bleed effect the DAC has ... this is more beneficial in the long run. It's half-life is MUCH shorter than the DAC, so it needs to be pinned moring, noon and night.

Ipam also spikes natural HGH release with every pin, but it also prevents somatostatin to bind to the HGH and render it useless.

Using the 2 of them in conjunction with 1 another could ONLY be beneficial and healing and recovering from a broken back at the moment, I think this would be a nice stack to run.

What do you think?

It could be beneficial... the addition of tb-500 and ostarine would be as well
