Alright so I'm back after doing a little research, I just have a few things I'd like you to help me with before I get my rat started.

My rat will be on an 8 week cycle of a Osta and S4 stack, I wondering what kinda dosage I should give him. Also I know I should have about one bottle of Osta, but about how many S4's should I have around? I'm basically looking for a cycle layout if you have the time bro, I would really appreciate it. Also after this 8 week cycle what kind of PCT should I give to my rat? What do you recommend?

Here are my rats stats
Age:21
Ht: 5'7
Wt:175ish
Bf%: Around 18-20

after an 8 week cycle, you run a 3 week mini pct and then take one more week off and you can start again

1-8 ostarine 25mg day dosed once in the a.m.
1-8 s4 50 mg day... split dosed... 25 mg a.m. and 25mg six hours later
1-8 forma stanzol
1-8 HCGenerate
1-11 need2slin
1-11 creatine nitrate

mini PCT
9-11 Unleashed/post cycle combo
9-11 bridge (double dosed)

how many bottles of s4 is hard to say because it depends if you are able to increase your dosage or not... you won't know for sure until you get into it a little bit... i would say at least 4 bottles...

Everyone is different but in general if you start to have vision problems go 5-on 2-off...

As for my self even with 5/2 I have really bad vision problems! To the point were I had a huge black spot blocking most of my vision when I woke up or going from a dark room to a lighted room. I did finish the cycle and I'm on my PCT now.

All in all it was a good cycle and strength gains were very nice, was not trying to bulk.

How can I use Ostarine or other SARMS for recomp?
What kind of diet should I use?
And how long she I stop using them between two consecutive cycles?

it is very common to have the night vision issues but its impossible to determine how sever it will effect you... some people can start to get unbearable issues at only 50 mg a day but others can go up to 100 mg without much issue at all... s4 can bind to the receptor in your eye... this is what causes the night vision... the half life is very short on s4 and that's why 5 on and 2 off is what people use to help to tolerate the vision... You are just going to have to find out for yourself when you try it...
