Hey Dylan! Thanks for all the free advice you're giving out here, really appreciate it!! Got through a majority of this thread, but it seems to me no one really asked for you diet advice on a sarms triple stack of GW, Osta and S4. I'd like to do a recomp. What's your recommended diet Carb cycling? Low fat and carbs with every meal? Macro ratios? Calorie cycling or above or below maintenance? Diet is still key no matter what you're on, so I'd like to ask for your advice in order to get the best out of my triple stack cycle! Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Oh and sorry if I just didn't see a post with diet advice :-)

Everyone is going to be different on what diet will work best for them. You really need o figure out your own body and what works and doesnt work. I prefer to keep my fat pretty low,with carbs moderate when recomping, but that method isn't the best for everybody

feel free to pm me anytime with questions... i have been bombarded with emails etc over the holidays so that is why i am a bit late getting back to you...

your diet depends on so many different scenarios man... anytime you do a recomp, the macro breakdown is so precise and when i design and advise on things like that it takes me quite some time to come up with a suitable PERSON SPECIFIC formula... i don't feel comfortable giving cookie cutting diet advice because EVERYONE is different in this regard...

for me, on a cut or recomp, i generally go with high protein, moderate carb and low fats... i NEVER personally carb cycle nor do i recommend to any of my clients... some would disagree but the results i have given everyone speaks for itself... recomp is the most difficult... i eat under maintenance but my timing and optimal protein intake coupled with right supplementation allows for continuous growth while dropping body fat, but once again, its person to person specific...
