SARMS 1 is liquid gold. There is no doubt in my mind that the cardio and endurance benefits are kicking in great in week 3.Im starting to see some fat loss too and I hope in weeks 4 and 5 the fat loss will be more prevalent.

Is it safe to run LGD, S4, GW with Ephedrine, Yohimbin and Coffeine (ECY-Stack)?
I guess green tea and some "heating" ingredients are okay?

Hi mate. I have used the unique chem ostarine a few times last year and got really good results. I am looking at doing a 12 week cycle using the sarms1 osta for 12 weeks and lgd for 4 weeks. I am doing this as I want to see how I react first and next cycle I will look at doing a triple stack.

What would be the best time to use the lgd over the 12 weeks? And would I need to add anything else pct from using the lgd?

your running a very poor product there bro... they are known for an impure product... i hate to see you waste your money... you need to get mk and lgd at sarms1...

you need to run lgd 12 weeks at 10 mg day... no extra pct will be necessary by adding it... you can run hcgenerate es OR bridge and the unleashed/post cycle combo for your mini pct...

absolutely it is... all sarms are non stim and would have no problem being stacked with anything... im not big on the side effects of ephedrine and i feel you could make a far better stack but you can definitely stack them if you feel you want to run that particular stack... i have better options that are safer, more sustainable and more effective in terms of adding lean muscle while melting fat as well...

Ostarine, can you just take this by itself? Or Ostarine is just considered a PCT? In another forum, I asked, is this something I can take for muscle growth, or just as a PCT? I got multiple answers...

So, Ostarine, can it be taken by itelf? Would I need a PCT? Should I stack Ostarine with anything else?

you can absolutely run an osta cycle on its own.. what exactly are your stats and goals so i can structure this properly for you?? also, please read my articles and watch my videos on sarms at Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMS) - Evolutionary.org If you want the most accurate information possible, read these.... keep in mind that while ostarine is very effective on its own, its best utilized stacked with other sarms... let me know and i'll get you all set up bro...

actually, lgd does not require a full pct and you could run them together... i have a very strong layout for you to look at but otherwise you absolutely can sub osta for lgd... you need to run longer than 6 weeks though man... your cutting it way too short... here's a sarms super stack for you to take a look at...
