Has anyone had any problems ordering from them? I placed an order on 24-september and I still havent received anything. Not even an email saying it was shipped. I emailed customer service and havent got a response. Im hoping someone affiliated with the company will see this thread and give me some type of response.

Did you just order amplify02 ? or did you get the stack?
The website says that amp02 was back late semptember... and that lipoflame would be back second week or so of october..

I myself placed an order for the lipostack, im just assuming that my order will be sent once the lipo is in.
I'm just making sure im in line to get it =]

I ordered Amplify02 on Sept 1st. Received an email that my order was going to be shipped on Sept 27th, but the tracking number doesn't show that it's shipped yet.

Emailed customer support a couple days ago, no reply yet.

Thanks for the responses. I ordered the mass stack. Theres no lipo in it so I assume I will receive the order sometime next week?

if you don't get it By Wed of next week I will send for FREE.

OK I still havent received my order. And I havent received an email saying it was shipped. Im still maintaining a little hope that it will arrive tomorrow or at least friday. But the fact that I havent received shipping confirmation worries me.

Alright , i finally got an email from paypal. Apparently my order was lost so they refunded the money and said to reorder. I went on the site to place the order again and I dont see the rapid mass stack with mcc and g-covery. Am I missing something or is this not available anymore? Thanks

I AM OVERSEEING shipping now and our shipping employees ,messed up about 20 orders.

Just get Amplify02 now and when G-covery and MCC come in in about 2-3 weeks I will give you 25% off on them

Wow! You have got to be kidding me!! I just got an email saying I will receive my order monday. Thats just about 1 month after ordering. A product that wasnt even back-ordered. Afer all the empty promises in this thread, Im starting to wonder if my order will ever show up.

if you got that Email it will show up.

on the Shipping label it gave a "ball park" of what days it would show up Fri-Mon

Anyway if you dont get it Monday you will get a FULL refund whether you get it or not.

In over 1 year operation we finally had a doosy issue on the shipping

its ONE time catch up based on selling out so dramatically.

Thats not necessarily true. I received the same email on 27 september and that order was lost and I had to reorder. Im still wainting. I hope youre right, but Im not banking on anything.
