without really knowing the rest of your routine and this is just a WIIIILD GUESS, If you almost doubled your squat but only adde 20 pounds to your bench, you may be overtraining.

You may not be neccessarily overtraing the chest but ALL the upper bodyparts together might be doing too much work cumulatively. That`s why your legs are growing in strength and not your chest. just a thought, look into it.

Is this all you eat all day? Why don't you try eating some carbs? I think this is definitely enough protein, but like others have said sometimes it takes huge amounts of raw cals to get things going, I used to eat in the 6-8000 range when I was like 185-190lbs.

Also, no matter how you improve you diet etc, it will take time to make a difference....

im 17 and im the same size or bigger then most people in my gym that are around 20-23. the thing is, my muscles still arent "mature" and my forearms are still small. im thinkin once i turn 19 my muscles will have a better look to em just from being used so much.

Lee, I'm 20 and my muscles don't have that "mature" hardness to them yet. You're lucky that you've started intelligent training and eating younger than me, so hopefully you get to that point quicker :)

muscles just get naturally stronger and take their shape over time. thats why young bodybuilders dont have that really ahrd look to them no matter how cut they get (with some exceptions).

the thing is, when i eat more carbs, i put on fat. not just a little fat, but definitely more fat than muscle. and sry guys, that was 1/2 lb of turkey, not 12 lbs. Could i be overtraining chest if i only hit is once a week? Routine was mon - arms, tue - legs, wed- off, thurs- back fri - chest. I dont see how that could be voertraining,,, im thinking if anything its undertraining. i do have naturally puffy nips,,,, could that mean my Test levels arent very elevated?
