AG-Guys Carb blocker?

Better than blocking carbs, would be to use them efficiently.. this can be accomplished by having a supplement that will effectively shuttle the carbs from your bloodstream out into your muscles where they can be used for energy.. typically, an America's diet, from birth, will cause them to become insulin resistant at a relatively young age, thus making it harder for the body to efficiently use the carbs they consume.. you can counter this by using Glucorell-R.....

A lot of bro's on here are using it with great results.. helps with energy and accomplishes weightloss through increasing insulin sensitivity and regulating carb uptake a lot better.

If you're carb sensative like myself and a previous fatty bumbalatty... use 'em.

I love me some Glucorell-R.

Pop 'em like tic tacs when i'm cheating, lol.

The most immediately noticeable result was after having a high carb meal or "reward"/cheat meal... I didn't want to pass out dead tired as I would have normally gone into as what I describe as a "food coma" lol

:)

I'm on a CKD type diet, - on my Carb up day & 1/2, wouldn't it be counterproductive to use Glucorell-(I have 3 bottles) -seeing as I "want" the spike in insulin on my Carb day/s??????

I'm sure there's a lot I don't know about this..................

Any help would be much appreciated.

You really aren't looking to spike your insulin bro, you want your muscle to suck up as much glycogen as possible with the smallest insulin response as possible. r-ala will make your muscles absorb more glucose which will blunt the insulin response and still give you a good carb load without the potential for fat storage.

If you are an ecto, and are carb loading you might need to add in some more hi gi carbs with the r-ala or else you might not fill out like you want.

Now the only time I would agree that you would WANT the insulin release is if you are at real low bf levels and dieting hard, the insulin release with help ward of a catabolic state.
