Advice Needed.

Hey guys,

I am new to the forums and I have a question.

I am currently 5'10 317lbs. I have dropped almost 60lbs on dieting and cycling alone and 2 weeks ago I started crossfitting. I am noticing a significant loss of fat from Crossfitting and eating properly alone but I find myself tired just before the gym.

In the morning I eat 2 boiled eggs, a slice of wheat bread with almond butter and half an orange. I take 2 multivitamins in the morning along with 2 TriFlex for my joints, 2 CLA's 1000mg, 2 Omega fish oil capsules.

Snack is a TBSP of Peanut Butter and a Protein Shake

Lunch I take 2 CLA's, and 2 Omega fish oils.

Snack is a TBSP of Peanut Butter, a Protein Shake and an apple.

No pre-workout.

Now my brother has been taking a Test stack with Dbol I believe and he wants me to take that particular stack along with a B-12 once a week.

I am trying to cut down fat a little quicker and have more energy and strength all while maintaining a healthy body and not risk dying.

Any suggestions on what I should take? I come here to ask people with knowledge since I am a newbie to the workout world.

Welcome to EF! Don't listen to your bro, my friend. I know it's tempting to get fit quick when you catch the bug, but steroids are the last thing you need. At your extremely high body fat, your heart and organs alike are working overtime and are quite strained. Steroids will strain them further. Also, steroids aren't going to burn fat. This is a myth, trust me. Roids are for those who have lived a life dedicated to fitness and are trying to achieve results beyond their genetic potential. This goal takes years of work to reach. You've only just begun bro. No matter what he says, steroids are wrong for you. Trust me. You need to fix your diet and lift hard in the gym as well as incorporating cardio into the daily regiment.

Your breakfast looks fine, but you need to ditch the PB and protein shakes. Eat a high protein diet with whole foods like eggs, chicken breast and turkey. Keep the carbs as low as possible. The only carbs you should be eating are from greens, veggies and fruit. Eat 6-8 meals like this each day. Drink 1-2 gallons of water each day as well. You'll start feeling more energized day after day if you do this and the fat will start falling off of you. This is how I ate and trained for years before ever touching a steroid

Thanks for the advice. I am going to do this. I really appreciate your help.

As far as my cardio and lifting, I have noticed a great change in my appearance since starting crossfit 2 weeks ago. My stomach is flattening out, my manboobs are going down and im noticing more definition in my legs. I am going to continue doing Crossfit because i feel great afterwards. My entire body is sore most of the time but Im taking BCAA's and other muscle recovery supplements.

I have one last question, I know you just advised me to go against steroids but I just read up on Anavar.

Any thoughts on that to combine with my high intensity Crossfit?

I think crossfit is a great way for a beginner to get in shape. After that you could possibly move on to bodybuilding :) good stuff

As far as var goes.. Well, I'd still say not a good idea. You're looking for a quick fix that doesnt exist. Var does have mild fat burning properties but you won't even notice much of a difference without already being in the low body fat range. Then, youre natural testosterone production will be suppressed and thats a whole other story trying to recover from that. honestly, steroids dont do much of anything if you dont already have a good muscle foundation to build on top of. Theyll only hinder your gains down the road. This can be done drug free, but you have to put forth the effort. You're already doing that so stay on the right path. Anabolics come later.

My best advice to you is to keep dropping weight until you're within the 17-20% body fat range no matter how long it takes, then read up on SARMS. They're not as suppressive as steroids and help to drop some fat and build a little muscle. Much safer option for a beginner

Good work bro! Sounds like you're on the right track already! I haven't been around here long so don't know any of the guys yet, but the advice they have given you is spot on, n fair play for listening.

All the best mate!

If you are trying too loose weight dbol is deff not going to help you bro. Take the advice above

if you are tired before the gym then you need some complex carbs. this is very important. sweet potato and brown rice is what i recommend.

your blood sugar is probably too low. also you quite possibly are a diabetic and you don't know it, if you lose more weight and fat you hopefully will avoid diabetes so that is your goal right now

no steroids for you. just stick to what you are doing but do it SMART. you don't want to drop weight too fast, and you don't want to starve yourself. exercise and speed up your metabolism with proper diet. lots of veggies.. a veggie shake should be your breakfast

i'm opening up a gym soon and I am gonna personally work with people like you to help you reach your goals.. if i had things going now i would invite you down for a free camp for a week .. but things aren't going yet

I wouldn't go need steroids just yet.. protein, a preworkout, maybe a fat burner and creatine is all you should need.. preworkout and fat burner might have too much caffeine.. good job on the fat loss dude
