ive had a few kick boxing lessons and some mixed martial arts lessons at my old gym i used to train at, i dont know much at all, i do know the basic jab, cross, and hooks and stuff and how to punch without breaking my hands and wrists lol but im interested in the fitness aspect of boxing and would like to know of any good routines for hitting the back that any of u may kno of, id like to do it 3 times a week or so as my cardio, ive always admired fighter;s physiques...thanks guys

check out title boxing. they have some real cheap DVDS that teach you some of the basics.
you could also run a search on youtube,,,you may find some training how to's there.

theres a ton of stuff to do if you know what you're doing. kicking pyramids is really good on the cardio, so is doing single full power kicks followed by a full burpee, up to 50 kicks on each side. lots of stuff you just gotta look around.
