Advice for first test cycle - diet etc

Hi everyone

I am 6ft 1 and weigh 90kgs

I have been lifting on and off for 3 years or so however in the last 6 months I have been hitting it pretty hard and making good gains

I am wondering if anyone can give me a good test cycle diet, I am due to start my first cycle in a week or so

Current Routine

15 mins jog before and after each workout

Monday - Back & Biceps (swimming after)
Tuesday - Shoulders & Abs
Wednesday - Chest & Triceps
Thursday- Legs & Boxing routine
Friday - Rest
Sat - Rest
Sunday - All over 'soft' workout & cardio

Diet

breakfast - porridge & protein

Lunch - lean meat, veg, fruit, small portion of rice

protein after workout

Dinner - lean meat, veg, fruit,

Your current diet is terrible for bodybuilding. I'm gonna assume you are wanting to bulk up so try something like this:

7am: shake(40g protein) , oats(50g)
9am: chicken breasts, 3 slices wholemeal bread, salad
12pm: chicken breast,2 eggs, 40g brown rice
3pm: turkey( about 200g),40g wholemeal pasta, peas
5pm: same as 3pm ( sometimes chicken), broccoli also
8pm: pwo shake(40g protein), 40g simple carbs( glucose powder or sugary cereal)
9pm: chicken and broccoli
11.30 pm: 200g sirloin steak, 150g low fat cottage cheese

If I'm perfectly honest you could gain a hell of alot of size just by eating like this for a year natty. Something to think about

This is just what i needed

would it be alright to skip the 3 PM and have a shake instead, and if I'm unable to have one of the meals can a shake substitute it? just that i will be at work with no time for breaks
 
Adjust the diet as necessary depending when you train and work etc.
I would eat whole food as often as possible, but a shake is better than nothing.
This is my diet and it's worked well for me so give it a go
 
Your diet and training routine is absolutely terrible! No offense by this. Follow your dreams you can reach your goals I'm living proof!
500mg of test per week. 10 weeks.
Tones of protein! I even know a couple of guys who devour their own sperm as it's pure protein! Just a thought though. I tried it a few times, it's ok just leaves a taste in your mouth for a long time.... Which did not go down very well with my wife. She left me because she was convinced I was having sleezy sex with other men down the gym. She could always smell it on my breathe when I kissed her etc!

You need to eat another more carbs postworkout... With your chicken and Veggie meal.. I would move your workout up one more meal slot so you can eat carbs if your worried about losing.. By the looks of it, its a good diet plan.. I would just eat another cup of oats with this meal... Your body is going to use everything you eat postworkout... But it is still gonna need fuel to keep going.. THe postworkout shake is just to fuel your body after carb depletion to make you anabolic again... Get you out of your Catabolic Fat burning Stage.... But then again, if your using anabolics.... hard to get catabolic... What is your everyday supplmentation like? and Your pct going to look like? Very solid diet and should net great gains if you keep that consistent... I would also try to eat your red meat meal preworkout as the fats should give you great energy in the gym and rotate a chicken meal/ turkey meal to the back....
 
500 grams of test is plenty for a first cycle... You should net amazing gains from that with your diet... Training i would take the soft all over day and train a muscle twice a week that is weak....
