adding calories as lbm goes up to keep growing???

novo

New member
Ive been dieting (bulk up) for at least a year, ive gone up 15lbs of lbm with a 55%protein, 35%carbs, 10%fat, 3500cals
i currently weigh 165 at 5'10(i seem to be stuck on this weigh for at least 2 months!!) 9.2%bf, my goal is to keep growing up to 180.

My question is how many cals should i add in order to keep on putting mass:

I know that you need to add 1000 cals aprox a day to make 1-2lbs of muscle a week.

Also i know that for each muslce pound i gain , my resting metabolic rate adds 50cals.
So how much calories should i add each week to keep growing?, should i add only this 50 per week?(apart from the 1000 i already added in the beggininig of the diet).

I plan to do my 3rd aas cycle soon, but i want to gain(lean)as much as possible so ill get better results when i do the !Juicy cycle!(cant wait).

thanks./

I believe adding about 500cals to your daily intake should help. Depending on the person, that should be enough to elicit some more growth, and low enough to prevent too much bf being added.
