Active ingredient in NO2

I was reading on here the other day, and I saw someone said the active ingredient, and how to cap your own. What is that active ingredient, I think it started with an "A", but I'm not sure though. Also, what else would I have to do, to make it work as good as NO2, and where can I buy the caps, and how much of the ingredient do I put in the cap, to make it work effectively. Thanks for the info.

So if I buy either one of these products, I can just cap them, and it will do the same thing in NO2? If so, how would I know how much do I put in the capsule?

From what I understand Citrulline Malate is supposed to do everything Arginine does, but more effectively.

That interesting, never heard of it. What I know comes mostly from a book entitled "The Arginine Solution". Aimed mostly at people with cardiovascular disease, it pitches the vasodilation effects of arginine. It's a good, interesting read.

Gr4v3_7: You'd have to figure out exactly how many grams or milligrams you'd be capsulating. They say the optimale dose of l-arginine is around 3-6 grams...not mg, grams. That's a fairly hefty dose; most people go with the powered version, and just mix it in liquid. What your trying to do may end up being more expensive in the long run :)

I have been using a product called BodyOctane that has Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate. I get good pumps, but more impressive is that I recover fast in between sets. I do not feel the lactic acid burn any more, and I can just keep going. I also have more vascularity.

Its actually another form of arginine that is used... the name escapes me at the moment...
The two types in Pinnacle's NOX2 are Arginine alpha-Ketoglutarate(A-AKG) and Arginine-Ketoisocaproate(A-KIC)
