Acne on back

Do you guys get acne on your back? How do you get rid of it? what's the cause of it, is it because of protein shakes?

I dont have that much acne, but you can notice it.. How do you get rid of it..

I use pantothenic acid (vit B-5) at 5000mgs/day and that has helped quite a bit. Takes a week or two to "kick in", but does seem to really help.

would a multivitamin pill be okay? When I take those, sometimes I urine BRIGHT YELLOW for some reason, does this mean I need to drink more water or something?

I had mad back acne from age 13-15. What killed it, thoroughly and forever, was a few months on accutane. Ask your dermatologist about it. It completely destroys all bodily acne, and in the majority of cases will keep it off.

I get some big ass pimples on my back... and Im 2 weeks from 22....

I dont have any advice to get rid of them as I dont really care that much...

And its normal pissing neon yellow after taking vitamin B... dont worry about it..

i have it..i think it's mostly genetic.

pissing yellow is normal after taking a multivitamin, especially a b-complex.

ah okay, thanks. Thats why I stopped for awhile because I was pissing bright yellow, could light up the bathroom..

I take Tetracycline orally and Vitaman A acid topically.

look for a body/face soap with 2-3% salicyclic acid. it the best over the counter for back acne.

I have pretty bad acne on my back. I went to Mexico for spring break and when I came back it got super bad. I have no clue why that could be. Anyways I have found that Benzac wash works really well, but it is perscription only.
