N Nara New member Oct 19, 2007 #1 Anyone have problems with this? Doing cardio, leg weights, and also being on my feet all day at work, by day 3 I am feeling this. Suggestions? I do have cushy shoe inserts.

B Bikini Mod New member Oct 20, 2007 #5 Silly question - when is that last time you bought new sneaks and new socks? If you wear your sneaks daily you really should get new ones every 6 months at the very most. Makes a HYUGE difference. And what everyone else said!
