hey guys, i just had a quick question about abs.
i see a lot of ppl doing their ab workout in sets, and i was wonder if this was really more effective than doing say 100 crunches at one time. one needs to feel a burn in order to work out the abs, right? how does one get that if they're doing say, 5 sets of 20 ?
