hey guys, i just had a quick question about abs.

i see a lot of ppl doing their ab workout in sets, and i was wonder if this was really more effective than doing say 100 crunches at one time. one needs to feel a burn in order to work out the abs, right? how does one get that if they're doing say, 5 sets of 20 ?
 
ok well here try this for a little while!

i do 2 sets 150 reps weight decline sit ups

then i do 3 sets of crunches for 150 reps

then i do 3 sets leg lifts for 50 reps

then i do 4 sets each 100 side crunches then i do a standing crucnh for 150 reps it has workd really well

I do 2 sets (situps) of 10-12 with 90 pound dumbell on my chest. that`s working for me now.
 
well i was doing abs each day doing a cut exercise every other day htne the other days id do 3 sets 100 pound decline sit ups for 60 reps but i hurt my back!
