This was helpful. I have been trying REAL hard the past 2 months to get abs. Diet has been clean ever since November 2012. Added more weighted ab excersies and have been working them more directly the past 4 weeks and the definition is finally coming!![]()
What kind of diet would you recommend? I am 127lb and about 26% bf. would like to be about 115 and at or below 18%. No matter what I do, i can't seem to shed the pooch around my belly button and along the bra strap area of my back? So honestly, I really only do cardio about 3 times a week and circuit lifting 2xs. I generally try to stay at 1200 cals and am on a moderately low carb diet.
What are the best "clean" foods?
Do I really need to work out more?
Can adding a fat/carb blocker help?
What is the craz about combo pilling?
