I was just wondering what you guys think. I workout about everyother day and do cardio on my off days. The problem is that when I finish lifting I never feel like doing abs. I never seem to have the motivation to do my abs after lifting.
I was wondering if I threw abs in with cardio would that be ok. I could do different sets, so to speak, of cardio. I could jump rope for five minutes, do some abs, bike for 15 minutes, do some abs, run for 15, do some abs, and then finish it up with some light jogging.
I have tried this before and it seemed to work fine. My heart rate was pretty consistant, even when doing my abs.
