Not exactly sure what stats your looking for but:
5'7"
~140 pounds
light build
just under 14" arms
bench ~170
erm... not _quite_ sure on body fat, but like I said I have good abs and you can see 4 of em, I just have a little covering my lower abs
As you can see I'm no body builder
So if I run my ass off every day do you think my "six pack" will be visible clearly by June 1st?
*edit* also, just how important IS diet? I don't eat terribly but I haven't really been that concerned with my diet. Some good some bad type deal
