Here is a workout that I performed on Sunday November 3, 2002. Let me tell you. . . my legs were blitzed!! Feel free to try this routine:
Squats - (20 inch stance)
2 x 10 - 45lbs - (olympic bar warm up)
1 x 5 - 135lbs - (warm up)
1 x 5 - 225lbs - (warm up)
1 x 5 - 315lbs
1 x 5 - 355lbs
1 x 5 - 385lbs
1 x 5 - 405lbs
1 x 3 - 420lbs
1 x 5 - 245lbs - (easy set. . .pause at bottom for 2 count)
1 x 5 - 135lbs - (easy set. . .pause at bottom for 2 count)
Projected Goal** to hit 455lbs for 3 reps by Dec 31st.
Leg Presses ( Shoulder Width Stance)
1 x 15 - 7 plates per side
1 x 12 - 9 plates per side
1 x 8 - 11 plates per side
1 x 45 - 4 plates per side
Leg Extensions
1 x 15 - 150lbs
1 x 10 - 200lbs
1 x 8 - 220lbs
Lying Leg Curls
1 x 8 - 140lbs
1 x 13 - 100lbs
1 x 18 - 80lbs
Seated Toe Raises
1 x 35 - 90lbs
1 x 20 - 115lbs
1 x 15 - 135lbs
Standing Toe Raises
1 x 25 - 150lbs
1 x 8 - 275lbs
