I am a vegan who is looking to build a pre-contest type diet for the next few weeks. I've looked at many other model pre-contest diets to try to use them as a format for my own plan, but where the other folks use eggs and whey, all I can think to use is SOY. And although its a good source of protein, I'm wondering if my body can handle all that soy protein and tofu I pump into it. Is there anyone out there of like mind who is a vegan and wants a beautiful shredded body? Is there anyone out there who has achieved this and can develop a sample meal plan for me to follow?? As a note, I am not opposed to taking in small amounts of whey if it is in the form of certain "healthier" protein bars. But none of that gelatin and casein crap is going into this bod. Thanks a bunch for whoever is up for the challenge!!!
