my legs are toast from all the hard days of riding. then its a few ez days to recover..
no squats for me. all the top exercise dr.'s in the world say squatting does nothing at all for cycling. i have friends who lift, and i hear them all the time telling me to squat, it'll make me faster at cycling, and i read on some weightlifting boards the same thing... but when you have the best dr's in the world studying this, the best cycling coaches saying the same thing, along with 99.9 % of the riders themselves, the answer is it wont. get you strength on the bike..
anyway, when i give up cycling, i'll hit the weights more and squat. squating and deadlifting are supose to help you big time on exercise like the plank, and well, you squat well, all you're other lifts will go up too..
