A Great Workout Routine For Building A Lot of Arm Mass?

-Shazam-

New member
Hey all.
Well I just finished with the Strong Lift 5x5 and I have to say it was a great routine. Thing is though it didn't build up as much mass as I wanted to on my arms.

Does anyone have any Bicep and Tricep routine that would really make me work out my arms and build mass?

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Tris
Closegrip bench
Some variation of skull crushers (incline/decline/flat any)
Some form of dumbell extentions
Some form of pushdowns.
Usually I stay in the 4-10 rep range on tris. Unless its pushdowns were I will do higher reps.

Bis. You really need to focus on contracting this. If you lift to heavy you will most likely put alot of tension on forearms instead of the bis.. Try 3-4 sets of each exercise. 4-8 reps on bis for me.
Standing ez bar curls
Alternating db curls
Hammer curls/pinwill curls

Thanks for your help man.
I actually just found a pretty good mass workout and Ill be making a long about my fist training experience tonight.

Thanks for your help though.
