A few questions

Well...yeah. I train them whenever I go to see Night Fly and do some curls with the 60's for several reps. They get a lot of work from my event training though...

I think the point of Corn's program is this...GET SIMPLE. Forget doing all of the fancy stuff and strengthen the BIG muscle groups. Biceps are a showy muscle...not a strength muscle...

Not a strength muscle? Are you sure about that? I mean, I know triceps and the back are very important. The chest, I guess too. Abs of course to support the lower back, or back in general. Biceps, I guess you're right. I dunno, I'm just rambling.

HUGE difference between pl'ing and bb'ing.

In bb'ing you work a muscle grup.

In pling you work a LIFT...

legion, i train a lot of the time for fighting skills, strength, and size. Just remember to stretch often and still practice the martial art you know. work on explosive speed when training and this will help. but you need to realize you won't get huge overnight and you can stop at anytime you think your fighting skill are being compromised.....

dude b fold has sent me some video clips of him doing a 540 kick at his current size............. let me tell you......... no form flaws at all.

just think.......... bruce lee was the best........... but what if he had the same technique with about 200lb bodyweight........

the children would have to run for cover......... no one would be safe.

Ok, what exactly is a 540 kick? At a wild guess it sounds like some sort of spinning kick, but I'm not sure what.

Bear in mind different stlyes have different names for some techniques.
