A few questions .. help

first of all , im a little worried of some ratios about my diet , i eat protein every 3 hours or so , take a pre w/o meal of little carbs , and a good post wo meal , and a subsequent meal 1 hour later the wo.
after those 2 post wo meals , my meals consist of fat and protein, so here comes the question.
im arround 2500 calories per day, and im eating a lot of fats (good ones, flax nuts) ,40% of my total calorie (1000 calories, 112g from fat). Something arround that.. would eating more than the "recomended" 30% of fat increse my chances to add fat on me ??
also im eating 2.5g of protein per kg


thats one question , and the other:
how much time after a meal of low glycemic carbs, the insulin (not much, but insulin anyway) will remain up? and when it starts to decrease?

most people will say fats after working out are a big nono, since you are spiking insulin anyhow with the PWO shake.

40% fats, even though good are a tad too high, I would cut it down to 25-30% and increase carbs. Your protein is about right

About the insulin, no idea since I believe the increase will be really slow (which is what we want anyhow)
