Im sitting at 210lbs. Trying to get to 200lbs. Lifting and doing hiit to lose the fat. Any of suggestions? I know its in the diet as well. Trying to work on that part.

Heavy legs and deadlifts always helped me get fat down

Try doing some type of moderate to difficult exercise in between lifting sets like airsquats, kettlebell swings, jump rope, etc. U'll burn some major calories during an hour of weights.

This is something I incorporate.

Monday- Chest/Back-some form cardio
Tuesday-HIIT (I love sprinting--love/hate acutally)
Wednesday- Shoulders/Arms-
Thursday-Legs
Friday-low intensity cardio
Saturday-Fullbody strength circuits--get a metabolic effect plus still lift heavy--Sprint if you can--grind it out if necessary
Sunday-Off

this allows you to keep carbs into your diet while overall body comp improves.

just an idea.
 
Thanks everyone. I like that routine too except for working out on Saturday. Cant do it. I can go mon-fri but no weekends. I have a 2 year old and thats a workout in it's own lol

Heres something I've gotten a lot of compliments on.... opinions?

New routine....
Mon:chest and triceps
Tue: legs
Wed: back and biceps
Thurs: shoulders
Fri: chest and triceps

Off weekends

Week starts over... instead of chest and triceps its...
Mon:legs
Tues: back and biceps
Wed: shoulders
Thurs: chest and triceps
Fri: legs

Week starts over
Mon: back and biceps
Tues: shoulders
Wed: chest and triceps
thurs: legs
Fri: back and biceps
And etc......

Note how i keep in the same order. Consistency. Every week a different group gets worked twice but its at the beginning and ending of the week so plenty of time for recovery.
