So im going to be doing a 3 month (12 week) routine thats been altered.
Its the basic movements,
Basically the 5x5 program except with using lower weight and higher reps (8-12)
So if anyone knows the 5x5 routine, you have days A and B,
when i started this last week the squats were ripping my legs apart, its the first time in 6 months iv done 10 reps lol..
I have only been 2 times this week, i was going to go today but i'd rather go tomorrow, wednesday and friday and have the weekend to rest or do martial arts..
To be honest, i have had 2 weeks off prior to this day, so going 2 times this week maybe sprung me back into it, i could easily do a deadlift day today, but when i want to go tomorrow it just will not work.
