A Big Thanks to the Asylum Crew

It was about 4 weeks ago that I began hitting my Chain suspended GM's at 36" thanks to the constant repetition of seening Hannibal, Spatts, and The Project working at this height. The week before I began these my PR for Reverse Blue Band Deads was a very shaky and struggled 600. Then today(4 Weeks later) I nailed and easy 635 with what felt like another 30 at least in me.. But I had to stop there because my left Bicep was feeling a bit strained..

So I just want to thank you guys for basically drilling the idea into me till i finally tried them because I have no doubt whatsoever that my pleasant increase was due to these..

So again, thanks guys and keep up the great work and keep smashing those PR's

Congrats man...I agree that those guys are great!!!!

I often wonder. I just state my opinion on things and what has worked for me. Those guys have a lot more research work than I do...

JD...glad that the GM's worked for you. We are going to do reverse band deads on Monday, and I am hoping for the same big PR's. Did speed deads after the Box Squats tonight, and felt pretty solid.

Good job...

As I said in the PL forum....the true test is carry over. I want to know if your DEADLIFT increased...your regular competition style deadlift (not reverse band, etc...). :)

Ahhh, my comp dead...Didn't know that's what u meant..LOL... Guess I'm just a little slow tonight... I've never had any trouble off the floor to knee height.. Just from Knees to lockout...Sooo since that is about where my bands let off I feel comfortable saying that my comp dead has increased about the same amount as my Reverse Band Dead... So therfore, since as my GM strength increased causing my Rev Band Dead to increase, my GM increase would have obviously caused the increase in my Comp Deadlift. Hope this somewhat answered your question Spatts... LOL, cause I damn near confused myself answering it......
