9-18-06 Meals for the day

Meal 1: 2 whole eggs and 4 whites on top of a peice of wheat toast
Meal 2: big scoop of cottage cheese with some cubed pineapple
Meal 3: 2 talapia filets with some old bay seasoning and green beans
Meal 4: Muscle Milk Cookies and cream RTD
Meal 5: Grilled chicken breast, califlower and ???
Meal 6: Tuna, DIY package

What are you guys having?

Protein Shake
1 Cup of Milk, 2 TB of ANPB, 1 TB of Pure Honey, Ice, 23 Grams of Whey Protein Powder, 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil.

low-carb wrap, lettice, smoked turkey breast, 2% cheese
handful nature valley crispy wheat crackers
oats and honey granola bar (not that good for me i know)

7oz Grilled Chicken w/ baked potato (if time allows) and broccoli

Kashi Go Lean Cereal with ANBP or maybe another protein shake.

Not a bad day of eating, but not a great one either...
 
Had a super food-fest this weekend--so i figured i carry it over to monday as well due to me not working out until 9pm.

wake up: 50oz OJ, Kashi 7 grain bar, 4 egg whites-2 whole

hour later: BIG wheat PB&J (4 tbsp pb), 40oz skim milk
30 mins: Half lean cuisine 3 meat pizza (these have 21p)

hour later: Turkey on wheat w/ mayo (1 cheddar), 30oz v8 fusion
30 mins: 4 Ham slices, yogurt

Hour later: Big pb&J on wheat, 40oz milk

Dinner: 2 4oz halibet, green beans

preworkout (gatorade)-coming from work

after wo: 1/2 lb turkey and a lean cuisine pizza, 40oz v8 fusion

dessert: tuna on wheat with mayo, bananna, 30oz OJ, yogurt
