The division rival Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans are set to renew hostilities on Sunday when they meet at LP Field.

Oddsmakers currently have the Colts listed as 7½-point favorites versus the Titans, while the game's total is sitting at 45½.

Peyton Manning and the defending-champion Colts dominated in the season-opener with a 41-10 win over the Saints in Week 1. The Colts easily covered the 5.5-point spread, and the combined 51 points sailed OVER the posted total of 53.

Manning completed 18-of-30 pass attempts for 288 yards with three touchdowns, and Joseph Addai rushed for 118 yards with a TD.

The Titans edged Jacksonville 13-10 as a 7-point underdog in Week 1. The combined score fell UNDER the posted over/under total (38).

Vince Young completed 11-of-18 passes for 78 yards with an interception, while also running in for a touchdown for Tennessee, while Rob Bironas kicked a pair of field goals in the victory.

Hey indy fans watch betting on this one. I'm not saying that the Titans are going to win but the numbers at the bottom are bit deceiving. Last year the Titans covered spreads better than any team in the NFL. Last year the Titans played Indy closer than any team, actually outscoring them 33-31 in two games. Those big stat differences reflect the three years (03,04,05) the Titans had the largest cap issue in the NFL(paying off McNair,George, Mathews, Wychek) and thus fielded weak teams.

Just something to think about.
