Approved Log 8w cycle 20mg RAD-140, my friend recommended dbol dut after after research idk, tbol feels more safe. Advice needed!

So heres my cycle from the beginning!
Week 1-8=pct followed by nolvadex. But my friend wants me to combine rad and dbol. But im quastional, advice pls!!! Can I just switch do tbol instead and what dosage in that case?

My info and scheduele
Lenght: 173
Weight: 65 (low body fat percentage)
Diet:
•Protein: 2g+/bodyweight = 140
•Carbs: 55%
•Complete the diet with fats

Total calorie intakte right now is. (Can be modified during time)

150g protein
400g carbs
80g fats ~
Totally 3000kcal

Day1: Hypertrophy. Breast, shoulders and triceps

Day2: Hypertrophy. Barbell row, lats pulldown, close grip lats pulldown

Day 3: Rest (can’t train legs due to nervdamage)

Day 4: Hypertrophy. Biceps, triceps and stomach

Day 5: rest

6: Higher weight day: Benchpress, barbell row and sholulderpress

You can use tbol sure 30-50mgs per day but you need organ support liver support tbol or dbol, n2guard is the best right now

and your diet, what are you eating actual meals? like half chicken baked 100grams rice etc post that

your training, what actual sets and reps of exercises are you doing? like curls bench press squat etc

Breakfast: 2dl oatmeal with peanut butter alongside with 3 eggs.

After training: One chickenbreast ~200-250g with 200g uncooked spaghetti with Olive oil for some extra fat and taste.

Mellanmål: creatine i en shaker med 3,5L mjölk och ett rågat mått med proteinpulver.

Dinner: Beef 150g with 200g of spaghetti (uncooked)

Late night snack: 2 bananer, 30g jordnötssmör och en skopa proteinshake med mjölk.

Nu har jag inte räknat kalorierna den dagen men sådär kan en dag se ITT.ex.
 
WHO CARES what your "friend" recommends??? Do you listen to your "friend" or people that have been doing this 10 plus years??? its STUPID and UNWISE to listen to someone who is clueless on what they are talking about... you dont have any clue what you are doing... the fact you ask if steroids have n2guard in them says enough.. STOP listening to complete idiots that will get you hurt..

how old are you??? what kind of cycle experience do you even have?
