So heres my cycle from the beginning!
Week 1-8=pct followed by nolvadex. But my friend wants me to combine rad and dbol. But im quastional, advice pls!!! Can I just switch do tbol instead and what dosage in that case?

Day1: Hypertrophy. Breast, shoulders and triceps
Day2: Hypertrophy. Barbell row, lats pulldown, close grip lats pulldown
Day 3: Rest (can’t train legs due to nervdamage)
Day 4: Hypertrophy. Biceps, triceps and stomach
Day 5: rest
6: Higher weight day: Benchpress, barbell row and sholulderpress
Day 7. Rest
