Yeah I'm pulling a Swain. I haven't lifted since last Sunday. I'm taking a break until this Sunday. My body just needed a break.


Oh, but have no fear. I still eat like a hog. Right now I got....let's see....okay a jar of potato salad....hmm......a plate of deli turky which I'm dipping in some Ranch salad dressing.........some milk.....and some bullshit balogna. Seriously, it's low fat balogna! WTF! I know I'm miss-spelling that. Baloney, balonie, balogna. Whatever, I'm eating it, and it sucks ass.

I'm thinking about pulling a swain right now. For the last few lifts I've felt like someone kicked the shit out of me even during my warmups. My joints feel like I'm 90 years old.
 
Everyone needs to do that, as long as you continue eating, you'll be a new man in a week.......as for the Max Effort Jerking off, you week-long training cycle of pulling it will be even better if you add a little prop to it, it is definitely active recovery then.

Yeah I was thinking a prop/fina/drol/jerkoff/porn/tissues cycle would get me real swole. Any thoughts?
 
Not a huge fan of taking a complete break. I can see only doing the auxillary moves and VERY light...but I would go nuts if I had to stop completely.
