nc lifter - i think the name of the game with him is endurance, he is almost trance like while cranking out the reps. though you gotta be pretty damn strong to do this too.

seriously though. every single person on this board could probably invent some kind of event with a specific type of movement that we could practice all the time and take on and beat the public at.
