thats exactly what i do when im at work. my current goal is to bulk and gain strength to cut later on. im eating clean but definition isnt a priority at the moment. eventually my whole training regime will change when strength goals are reached. i like that 2 day split tho. gonna look at my schedule and try a few things out. my mistake was trying to keep weights going every other day, with the idea of maximizing my strength training.

		 my strength isnt where it should be. ive always trained for endurance and maintenance so i could stay small, used to do tournaments before my injury at 170 lbs. rock climbing comps, was a sponsored snowboarder and downhill biker, now its gonna be all stregth
