Clearly you missed what Jkurz was saying. Dieting is simple in the fact that it is calories in versus calories out. But this is a bodybuilding diet discussion board where, in fact, more complex issues are discussed, such as retaining as much lean body mass while cutting fat are discussed.

Congratulations on losing fat and being able to eat complete junk. This indicates you have a fast metabolism and will have a hard time overcoming the "skinny bitch" status you have. Most people dont have much trouble gaining weight on such calorie dense food.

So I urge you, before you pull out the "jump to conclusions mat" and start to spew out faggotry, understand what you are arguing.

And if you come back saying you're anything over a buck seventy I call bullshit.

seroulsy, this doesnt look like the c&c forum.

blut: im currently doing 40/40/20/3600cals on lifting days and 40/30/30/3300cals on nonlifting days. i know this works well for me when i want to gain, but for cutting, i usually stick to the 50/30/20 split.

And this is fine....the whole key to losing fat is a caloric deficit. No vodoo pie in the sky crap really makes much of a difference in the long run. All these "methods", food combing, etc. are nothing more than a means to an end, and this is limiting calories in some fashion.

Beardi came up with the food partioning thing on his own, and somehow it took off. But there really is no solid evidence to back it up. If you read him lately, he is backing off of it. As mentioned previously, there is the little matter of digestion time, frequency of meals, insulin is not needed to store fat, etc. that does not wash.

Simply find the macro amouts that you are "comfortable" with, as I mentioned in another thread. Keep this amout through the diet, lowering calories as needed. As you lose bodyfat, what was your calaorie deficit will now be your maintnenance, so further reduciton is necessary, through food and or energy expenditure.
