I did research you faggot, did you think that just came of top of my head.
You are correct for the most part bro........you dont want fat consumption when insulin is running rampid, more important to watch when you are cutting for a show than bulking..........

Explain why getting past 8% bodyfat changes the laws of thermodynamics and refutes the idea of a calorie is a calorie. Oh, what's that? You can't? Idiot.

There is some mistaken notion that fat needs insulin to be stored, thus the carbs/fat mixing is a bad idea.

This is in fact not true, fat does a great job on its own!

To add to this misnomer, even protein gives a rise in blood sugars.

And then bring in the small fact that if you are eating 6-8 meals per day, who is to say your last meal is digested anyway?

Hooray, sensible people.

Not to mention that, regardless of food combining, a negative energy balance equates to weight lost.

In fact, there was a period where I was depressed and ate chocolate cake and Taco Bell almost exclusively (a burger here and there). Guess what? I lost weight. Not just weight, but fat. How? 'cause I wasn't eating enough calories, regardless of the makeup of food, and the fact that my meals were cluttered with both carbs & fats.

Funny thing - it was the first time I had been down to a six-pack in awhile. Lost some mass, sure, but it looked damn good. Thank you, fast food & Entemans.

60% carbs, 30% protein, 10% good fat

apperently that;s what an NBA player need to be eating in order to stay healthy. What do you guys think? I have a offseason strength and conditioning manual from one of the teams and it preaches that as an athlete you don't need that much protein. More specifically it says that 8 ounces of protein is plenty. I'll be cutting here so I was looking for a healthy diet, might go with this one.
This is what "the skinny bastard diet" recommends, well to be precise its 63/27/10.

In fact there was a period where you couldn't stop being a huge pmsing bitch while you are batling being obese. Guess what bitch, being an asshole on every single one of your posts isn't going to change your life. I hope you get anthrax doughboy, keep the cake diet going and keep the red to yourself.

63 + 27 + 100 = 190%

Damn. That's efficient.

It's funny how a bunch of random, baseless insults mean nothing, isn't it, Deco? :) I could argue each point to the point of irrelevancy, but I won't. I'll just leave you with this: You're fucking stupid. Stop posting.

Time to change my tampon - my thong's turning too deep a shade of crimson.

And you're a depressed fat ass who takes his emotion out on the internet message board.. Keep that shit to yourself son
