I see no point in taking mercy upon anyone who is unwilling to give it, especially to an innocent whom did nothing other then to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
As for the age thing VASH, nothing an 18 year old says to me is something I will even consider giving two shits about, so Im going to treat you and lash out at you due to the fact I do not respect you enough or your opinion to even bother giving you a conversation with reason and facts. KIDS your age think they know all, woo hoo I got a high school diploma and am still wet behind the years but I think I know how the real world works and wow Im just so experianced aren't I? I don't claim to be in the right here, but niether can any of you because this is all personal opinion, I can think your beliefs are stupid as hell, and vice versa.

No, well technically Im a senior, Ive been through more shit in the last year of my life to give me justification for my views then any textbook reading or whatever else has for you. Weather you believe me or not I don't give a shit but their is a tremendous differance in understanding you come to about the world between the age of 18-21. And college itself teaches you to look at things a lot differantly. I would bet junior that you have no real major experiances other then the typical ones everyone goes through up to the point at which you are at to give you any sort of skewed outlook on how the world is. Once you have, and once you have been forced to put your money where your mouth is instead of an "if this happened to me I would do this" situation, then I will actually give a damn about what you have to say. But yea, an 18 year olds opinion unless he/she has gone through shit loads of stuff they should not have at that age, means absolutely nothing to me and I will not even take it into account. SSS, though yea I can't stand his views either, I do pay attention to even if I fight back, because he has validity and I respect anyone who can stick to their guns when push comes to shove. A year ago I would say I thought I knew a bit about how anything works but fuck, when you deal with what I have to go through everyday of my fucking life due to circumstances I am and at least one VERY real decision I had to make involving choosing to end a life to save one, yea sorry Ive had plenty of reality calls, can't have a happy go lucky life style now can we? austin, i have a few questions for you, which someone else on this thread may or may not have asked. if you've already explained this somewhere else, point me to it.
i can understand your disgust with a perverted man like this. and i can understand that you think he deserves death, not only because he's a sick, twisted fuck, but also because you think he will continue to violate in increasingly worse ways. you've seen what these kinds of people can do, first hand. it hits close to home, right?
but the most important reason for your attitude/position is a practical one, isn't that true? you don't trust the justice system to take care of these offenders, and you know this from personal experience. so, something needs to be done, and in straightforward cases like this, it make sense to take care of business by ourselves, instead of waiting for the authorities to fuck it up.
i can accept all of that. but if so, why is it necessary or even acceptable to do to such men what those 6 people did to this man?
if you think he deserves to die, you kill him. but why beat him for an hour and then sodomize him with a tree branch? that is an ugliness all its own, and it belongs solely to the angry mob doing it.
do you think that brutality is the right thing, because he deserves that kind of punishment before he dies? or is it merely something you would tolerate, because of the intensity of emotion and the egregious nature of the crimes involved here?

Mostly because I don't consider any kind of brutality to be to an extreme when it comes to someone whom is underserving of any mercy COUPLED with the fact that these people were obviousl ydriven by pure emotion and anger and disgust and god knows what else? I can't imagine the kind of things I would be capable of if someone was terrorizing my little girl. Have you ever lost yourself in rage and just been unable to stop? We see it happen in cases, usually someone pulls you off, if not who knows what would of happened. There just wasn't anyone there to pull them off, but I don't feel sorry for this animal

Once again, show me where in that story he was terrorizing the little girl. If I recall correctly she was SLEEPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
