I am very new to bodybuilding. I am 35, 6'2", 10% bf. I have been lifting for 3 months. Weighed 178 when I started and now up to 190. Work out 3 days a week, eat right, and take protein and creatine. Most of the advice I have gotten says that since I am so new that I need to stay away from AS for at least a year to let my body develop on it's own for a while. What are your thoughts on taking somthing like 6-oxo to kick up my natural testosterone level to give me a little boost. Is that worth considering or what are some other options to boost my test naturally? Thanks.
