I am now on my fourth week of 5x5 and I can't think of a better routine I have ever tried. I have EASILY went up 30 lbs on my flat and incline bench. I am going to stick with it for two more weeks, and then change up for a little while. If things stay on track like the past 3 weeks, I will have increase my overall bench by 50 lbs, in just over a month! That kicks ass.....
